SISERS’ In Stilettos
The journey of The Stilettos Experience began with SISERS’ in Stilettos—a community of women brought together by a shared passion for empowering others and living purpose-driven lives. As a group, we saw firsthand the unique challenges women face, especially those balancing careers, families, and personal growth. SISERS’ in Stilettos was founded as a safe space where women could show up authentically, find support, and be reminded of their strength. We shared stories, collaborated on impactful initiatives, and celebrated one another’s victories. But as we grew, so did our vision. We realized that what we had built wasn’t just for us—it is something other women can benefit from the movement.

Kim B. Wells, M.Ed., LBS, is an author, visionary leader, and CEO of Kim B. Wells Enterprises, overseeing businesses like Grime and Shine Cleaning Solutions and the non-profit SISTERS' In Stilettos. She empowers women globally, partnering with Pick A Pen Tribe to teach practical skills to Senior Highschool students in Nigeria.
