Kim B. Wells, M.Ed., LBS, is an author, visionary leader, and serial entrepreneur, known for her innovative approach to empowering others. She has made a significant impact in the community through her various ventures. As the CEO of Kim B. Wells Enterprises, Kim B. manages multiple businesses, including Grime and Shine Cleaning Solutions and the non-profit organization SISTERS' In Stilettos. Her passion for supporting and motivating women has inspired many, and she continues to use her platforms to advocate for important social issues.
Kim B’s commitment to social development extends beyond the shores of the United States. She has partnered with Pick A Pen Tribe, an international organization, to introduce creative workshop skills to nearly five hundred Senior Highschool students in Nigeria, starting from age 15. These workshops equip students with practical skills like shoe making, upcycling, candle making, nail artistry, and tie-and-dye, helping to promote self-sufficiency and creativity in these young minds.
Kim B’s creative work also extends into film and television. She hosts and produces The Stilettos Experience TV Show. She has written, directed, and produced the thriller Stilettos Under Fire, and now, she has authored Secrets, Sins, and Stilettos, a spinoff novel from her film. This book brings awareness to the critical issue of sex trafficking, particularly its impact on young girls. Kim B’s work reflects her deep commitment to advocacy and social change, especially in areas affecting women and vulnerable communities.
Kim B. is a CoAuthor of "The Purposed Woman 365 day devotional”, a collaboration with over 300 inspiring women. Recently a guest speaker at the Waiting to Exhale Women Empowerment Conference. Kim B. Wells was named among the Top 25 Rising Stars in Women of Dignity Magazine's #WatchHerIn2022 category, Refuse to Lose 2023 Award and a Finalist for the 2023 Living Faith Out Loud Award. She also graced the covers of Women Win Network Magazine, BUTTONCON Magazine, Word Magazine and Good To Be Home Magazine. She was also on the cover of the Today’s Purpose Women Magazine on the October’s Issue. Kim B. Wells will be awarded with the 2025 President’s Lifetime Achievement Award in July for her dedicated service to the Nation and Community over her lifetime.
